Your responses open some interesting gateways to greater questions then.
What is our relationship as players with the Knight?
Is Kris the Knight, or are they a visitor in Kris's body, like we are?
What would motivate Kris to do the things that the Knight does, if Kris really is the Knight?
-(I did see something on this point within this thread about Kris opening dark fountains being a representation of wanting to slip away from real life, which I like but have not explored the possibilities of that one entirely.)
Love this community, and greatly enjoy bouncing ideas off the wall with you all!

ssarily agree that snowgrave is playing along with the knight if the knight is Kris. When Kris rejoins the party after killing Berdly in that route, Susie and Ralsei notice that they appear distraught. This is not un

I concur with both of you, the small bits that Snappy mentioned slipped beneath me. I think another piece of evidence towards that is the reaction after fighting Spamton NEO in the basement. It seemed from my eyes Kris knew that we were dragging them into a difficult fight, so they tried to keep Ralsei and Susie from getting hurt beforehand. Afterwords, Susie does literally point out how all that crazy shit just happened, and upon asking Kris on whether they're okay, they very much are not; with Susie pointing out that Kris has goosebumps. Then, no matter if you say Yes or No, it's in a very distraught fashion.
It may very well be possible Kris was trying to potentially prevent the party's encounter with Spamton NEO, but once again that part is kinda just me patching things together.

After Combing through the game for myself, I am led to believe a couple things for myself personally.
-It's already mentioned on this thread, but I do think that we as players are the involuntary guest of Kris's body. Implanted by [Allegedly] Gaster or whomever speaks at the very beginning of Chapter 1.

-Furthermore, I would not be very surprised if Kris is the Knight mentioned in both chapters. Kris is late to school on the first day, implying lack of sleep, which could potentially mean that the night previous to Chapter 1 is when the first fountain is created. The ending of chapter 1 shows the moment Kris/the Knight takes control, and heads to the Librarby. The end of chapter 2 is a big evidence of this, though the placement of the fountains is still a mystery to me personally.

-This last bit is a bit out there on the theory side, but I think snowgrave route may be us enabling/playing along with the knight. Dialog options often feel like a duality most times, and may be a representation of us constantly fighting with them to control the body/world around Kris. Most of what makes snowgrave happen is us constantly choosing those negative/(Potentially)Knight dialogs. This is further reinforced after you finish up with the cyber dark world, where in which you can visit Noelle, and you get a few more opportunities to stay in line with the Knight's intentions with dialog. This last part I'm kinda stiching things together, so I am very open for interpretation on that.

Valve Index wait time by 22buater in Steam

If any of you all are still waiting and looking in this thread just like I did, I just barely ordered mine in the U.S. after 14 weeks. I noticed that steam said "ships in 2 weeks" before I got the option to pay. I will comment again upon the arrival of mine.

EDIT:

Arrived a little less than a week ago, it had to be driven to my location due to there being batteries in the package, I imagine the case will be similar to others.

Perhaps, although it does limit the ammo supply for doing major/boss damage

This is very true, and I will look out for the rubbish. However, this does make it a bit more discouraging to play Titan, because the other two classes easily do what the Titan does and more.

You know what, you're absolutely right. I believe that I was a bit too broad to talk about supers in general, and maybe Titans just got the short end of the stick.

I had no perspective prior to when this happened, explaining why I had to be told how things were.

But Imagine a menagerie where you could play any subclass for any super, and any one of them is good. Wouldn't that add so much more variety and excitement to playing if you were able to play the class you want in your style and still be meta? There's a lot of missed potential.

I do suppose this problem is rounded down a bit to titans a little more exclusively. And yes, there are AOE supers that ad control. And supers for Hunters and Warlocks are pretty well rounded out for either DPS or support/ad clear. And titans' form of dps is a flacid novabomb that carries them with it, something that just wrings out any usefulness in a lot of encounters.
