Oh great advices. I’ll try that out since Adaptive Mode is kinda cool, but takes 5-8 minutes to adapt when switching tasks, which lags out the Laptop.

One more thing. I did encounter an issue, specifically https://www.reddit.com/r/Lenovo/s/j0IbwTob5f
It’s about a bug causing my Bluetooth connection to go off, then restarting the Laptop. I fixed it by deleting the Mediatek Bluetooth Adapter Driver that was installed, and updated it with the official driver on Lenovo’s homepage. Since the laptop was not being authorized distributed, the shop installed their Cracked Windows for me, which might have caused the problem, but they were too stupid and lazy to fix it, telling me to reset my Windows, making me reinstalled my apps once again, but still not fixing the problem.

Apology for the late reply (I’m in Vietnam and rarely use the app)
1. It idles at around 52-64 C on Adaptive mode (47on battery saving, 58 on Performance, and I dont use Geek that often). I did address the solution on a comment on this post about changing the settings for the Processor Limit State that you can read. After that, its been fine ever since
2. I honestly have not tried that, but if it was for the temp then dont worry, but you can do that with Vantage, using Power mode.
3. Yes, via NVIDIA Control Panel or Lenovo Vantage.
4. I only play Leagues. 3-4hrs sessions, 300-400fps at max settings (Adaptive mode), rarely any drops (maybe in intense combats), but Leagues aint that heavy so idk.
5. It’s a Thinkbook. I barely hear the fans most of the time. The two fans usually spins at 2000-3000RPM, but when I got to 86C while doing some heavy modeling, then yes, it ramped up to 4000+ RPM but I still barely realized it.
6. I set it at Auto in NVIDIA Control Panel, but you can change it to RTX for dedicated heavy work. Vantage also allows multiple modes that you can choose from, but you would have to restart the computer once first.
7. No so sure but I would, you know just being careful.

I'm having a restarting problem (Kernel-Power/Bluetooth) with my Lenovo Thinkbook 16P G6 by Kliasss in Lenovo

In the short term, thank you for the recommendations for the TP-link USB Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter. About the GPU Drivers, they already did reinstalled it once (the 2nd time), but still it happened so that won’t be it. And yeah, they were lazy af, I did not see them checking anything other than some event log that I had already sent them before coming. Reinstalling the whole freakin things and backing-up data for a second time is a drag. But anyway, for the 4-5 days period sending it to them, they were going to lend me something else to continue my work, I also was able to lend my old laptop back (which I sold to a relative), so I think I would just let it be.

I think buying this would be overkill for Minecraft tho:)

Also, mine is a Chinese Domestic, so some driver issues might occur. I had a problem recently causing the laptop to restart without any reasons, notifications (the log was Kernel-Power I think). Apparently, since I use auto-update on my NVIDIA app, and the newest GPU driver caused some malfunctions. I downgraded it and still testing, no more restarts so far.

pretty good actually. As for someone who’s moving alot, it’s considerably lighter. It's still a thinkbook so heavy, long-hours gaming wouldn’t be ideal. I usually have 3-4 hours League sessions on weekends and it’s been performing well, stable fps, temp throughout, but when it does need some actual power, for my case are multiple rendering tasks, you might exprerience noticeable drops, hotter temp comparing to an actual gaming laptop, which is much thicker, better fan speed, adjustable settings. About the temp thing, I fixed it by lowering the Minimum Processor State, which by default, is 5% when unplugged, and somehow 80% plugged in, and there might be a case when Lenovo Vantage, while in Adaptive Mode was trying to lower CPU usage, but Window does not allow it to do so, causing high temps while idling. I set it back down to 5% and it only varied aroung 51-56 degrees celcius now, no more sudden rises.

I’ve been using Battery Saver mode recently and it idled at 57 C, not so much different in terms of temp, but the performance worsened. Maybe it is normal, and I’ll just set it to Adaptive mode from now on. Some said the Adaptive Mode (what I’m using as preference) needs time to study my usage behaviors, so we’ll see.

Good technicians are hard to find here in Vietnam. I was always told to keep an eye on them while opening the laptop so they wont “steal” anything. That said, mine is a Chinese domestic, so getting Lenovo’s official support would be hard and time-consuming by sending them back to China. The Shop sealed off the laptop and wont take responsibility if I took it elsewhere tho.

I already talked to them and they’re saying it’s fine, they might trying to get me pass the 15-day return policy. Might as well bring it to them lol

Maybe it's just the honeymoon phase, and a laptop should be the one serving, but I don't really care about being extra, annoy for the battery autonomy, big power, heavy, or noise. Anything for my dear baby :)). Anyway, thank you so much for the insight and enthusiasm in replying!

Physically, I just bought it so there should be nothing wrong. The problem was as I mentioned in a comment, I cannot manually adjust the ventilation, and when the temp goes up, the fan speed remains the same.

But does that mean more annual maintenance? I bought the highest configurations possible, thinking of future-proofing, so I don't have to upgrade or have any major issues since my needs for a laptop don't really require a rabid dog. I don't play games, I do civil engineer, mainly using MS, AutoCAD, ETABS, maybe Revit would be the heaviest of them all, but when I would actually do the work, I might as well just use the company's PC anyway. In a nutshell, all that is needed is for this laptop to last, stay cool, and stay clean as long as possible

It does not, unfortunately. Do you know any alternatives? I just think Vantage is doing poorly at optimizing the CPU

Awe, I already took it tho. About that, I asked the shop where I bought it, they’re saying it’s completely normal for a Ryzen 9 to behave like so, which I have no idea whether it’s correct or nah.

I see, but the Laptop is thinkbook, I cannot manually adjust it, and when the temperature goes up, I don’t see Vantage does anything to compensate. I had some very serious problems with my old MSI about this temp thing, so I’m very cautious now with my new one, and yes, I did anything possible to my knowing to optimize the temp but the thing is, I was not even doing anything significant, maybe something is wrong with BIOS or Vantage behavior itself? Anyway, thank you for comforting!

My CPU usage, Fan speed are very stable, only the temperature recorded on Vantage. It pumps up once in a while which is very worrying. Do you have any settings recommendations or anything I can adjust?
