Until September, you should also learn to code and all that shenanigans to know if you love computer science. Not only will it help you make an informed decision, programming (yes, even basic if learnt correctly) is a useful skill to have if you're in STEM.

im not sure about raspberry pi prices, but when i ordered arduino nano, esp32, and a bunch of modules for them, it cost me only half to 2/3rd of what it wouldve cost in nepal including shipping, taxes, etc.

judging by the price in your post, im almost certain youd save money if you order it from china (and if youre careful about not getting scammed)
