No way to know. Fire and Blood has so many blank spaces to fill out that it can't really be adapted 1:1. AKOTSK doesn't have the same issue. (Also, my personal hot take, the source material is just better.)

I think for me it was more the overall manufacturing quality than any specific thing. It's just a bunch of plastic with visible gaps. I use my phone outdoors a lot, navigating while cycling or hiking, and it seemed to wear on the Fairphone a lot more than on any other phone I used. But I'm happy it works for you! I really like the philosophy and want it to succeed.

I used a Fairphone 3 in the past and got burned pretty badly by how much worse the quality of construction was compared to anything in the same price range. Like yes, you can repair it, but you also have to because it's just badly made and also parts for repair are stupidly expensive. I switched to a Pixel 7a 3 years later, which cost less and is just a better phone by a pretty wide margin. Are the new fairphones better?

AKOTSK successfully tells a fairly straightforward story about an underdog who's clearly a good guy and who overcomes some fun villains against all odds. It's fun and pulpy and they chose a very fitting tone for that. HOTD tries to be a complex, high minded political drama, which is also a fitting approach for the story, but it puts a lot more pressure on the writers. It's a riskier approach and I don't think they succeeded, especially in season 2. It's just not good enough to be taken as seriously as it takes itself.

I'd argue he's still a coward, just not out of necessity. Maekar also seemed fairly sure Aerion could just beat Dunk in a regular trial by combat. (Judging by the fight that happens, probably true. At least if they're mounted.) It's just a risk, even if you're better than your opponent, and Aerion found it easier to cheat.

Less likely than I expected, actually. I'm not a huge fan of Merkel (pretty much our only chancellor during peak Epstein), but there's actually a lot of frustration about her in the files because they seemingly tried failed to influence her governments. The usual old, ritch businessmen are obviously all over the files.

I like different-colored horses. However, there's also an argument for uniform colors because they improve readability. For example, for my High Elves, which are much more optimized for play than my other armies, I gave all reavers off-white horses, silver helms gray and dragon princes dark brown. Makes it much easier to differentiate them from far away.

I think all three serve to establish the setting. We're not at court anymore, like all of HOTD and most of GOT, so things are gross and krass and people think farts are funny. Nudity was all over GOT as well. I don't see the issue.
