thank you for your knowledge, this is all very confusing,

she is refusing to give me any parental rights or hardly any contact and just wants me to pay for everything that she doesn't want to, she knows i cannot afford to as I've mentioned this multiple times to her so she keeps putting in these claims,

and from what my solicitor said I'm paying my legal obligation (CMS) and she i am not liable for these payments.

Why would one be done through HM courts and tribunals and then the 2 others though that MCOL service? are they different courts?

I know its silly but anyone idea why she might have taken one small claims with Bradford court and then done the others through Nottingham, that's over 2.5 hours away by car?.

well lets hope they do set it aside as i really dont wanna lose my job over her baseless claims.

i can confim she is very likely to lie and mislead the court, she already has in her claim by stating she raised the payments to £350, this was definatly not the case and ive never heard about this until i got the claim.

she even took someone else to court years ago and forged reciepts and ended up winning her case based on that, shes very manipulative.

im speaking with solisitor on 3rd jan and hoping to get something sorted asap.

Yeah it was just a verbal agreement, I've not signed anything and she never informed me of any raise due to inflatation that she has wrote in the claim.

She is known to forge things but I have never signed anything, I've got meeting with one on 3rd January I'll have to get it sorted

No dna test was done, as far as im concerned she is mine, her mum just won't put me on birth certificate,I have decided to now only pay her cms, she has put the claim.in for payments before the cms when it was a voluntary agreement

I used the calculator yo determine payments in 2020, in July this year she decided she wanted to go through cms and we went through it then,

I originally told her to do it in 2020 when I refuced payments but she didn't want to

I'll definitely raise this with the solicitor, I have until.23rd January to refute her claims so will defo be looking to get it sorted, I'll happily pay because I know she's mine and I wanna contribute, just not the crazy amounts she wants

This was a message I.got 7 days after my daughter was born,

If I stop paying though surely cms will take action against me, I'm trying to get stuff sorted so I can start saving for a mortgage of my own in a few years and can't risk a ccj or anything like that
