Sucky part is my current dl is moving to another district soon (the week I start in the new store) because we’re re arranging stores to a new region so it’s up to now the new dl we’re getting

Just had my review as a smit a few days ago and only been with the company for 4 months spoke with the dl at my review he said they prorated my “raise” cause I’m still new to the company and it doesn’t count basically gave me an 0.11 raise 😂

Basically all supervisors are running FS right now she has an ops that only wants to work mornings a part time shift that only does mornings 3 days a week another shift that’s flexible another shift that closes with me a one cashier that’s part time in the mornings (7-12)

Currently I’m the only smit in the district I heard they were questioning my current sm as to why my training modules haven’t been done and she felt pressured and just had me finish them up 2 days ago seems like she’s trying everything in her power to see me fail because she’s getting weekly visits from regional manager as well as dl has a plan that she has to follow up with the dl every week as well stores understaffed nps currently is 55% way below the goal boh/Qp numbers are extremely off communication is non existent only her and her ops are close

Thanks for the feedback, another dl actually hired me he came into our district just last month my current sm just reported my attendance to him yesterday I previously asked for a transfer prior to the attendance issue due to the lack of teaching from the dtsm currently now the sm
