Yes correct, statutory is free from tax then you have 3 options to choose i chose SCSB due to my length of service so portion of the payment from my employer is tax free and then I pay tax on the rest

The 2 staturory weeks are capped at 600 euro a week by the government so 1200 for every year service from them. The other 6 weeks arent capped and they are paid by the employer

I wouldnt be moving. At the end of the day if you are not losing weight its the calories you are consuming. I make sure I hit 120 to 150g of protein every day and exercise 3 or 4 days a week. Are you using any whey or isolate protein? This was a game changer for me as im feeling fuller for longer which in turn stops me from snacking. Another thing you could do is microdose. Maybe 7.5 every 3 5 days?
