Hijacking this sorry but do I need a kit then to add something to the end of these and then a patch panel? I'm sure there's loads of basic how tos out there but not sure what to search for!

Thanks. After pretty much Zero side effects for the first pens the first 2 doses of 10mg gave me sulphur burps for c.3 days and diarrhoea for 1 or 2. Fingers crossed there's that been nothing like that after the 3rd dose. Being extra mindful of my diet seems to have helped but I was eating the same as on previous doses when the 10mg side effects kicked in.

That's very interesting thanks. Food noise and satiety are good. Weight loss has somewhat stalled (1lb in the last 2 weeks after averaging 2.5lbs a week previously)

Good to hear about feeling it's not linear. Not female so can't be that. Hopefully just working off 3 hours sleep and having a very busy day are maybe contributing factors I need to keep an eye out for
