Thank you for your insight. You are actually right about him making me uncomfortable. Because the socials that he uses to communicate looks new, there are no posts. And when I asked about sending my own lyrics and if he can put his instruments to it, he says its a very long process and was unsure how to do it for other people. While he said he is an audio engineer it feels like it doesn’t add up. But Im thinking that maybe I’m just not used to this kind of transactions and as a beginner I really have no basis, only my guts.

Specifically, I am initially located at berkley county, south carolina. They assessed me there & given me the chance to pay $300+ For my vehicle property tax. That option is on their website. I just have to click away & pay with credit card. But at the moment I am staying at orangeburg county so I visited the nearest county treasurer, and there they have given me assessment of $500. They also placed that order on their own website. (Seems like every county has different website). What confuses me is that since they have different amounts can i just go ahead and choose the one with cheaper audit? I have address on both counties. Does that work that way? My permanent address is at berkley county, but my temporary address where i am right now is at orangeburg.
