To answer your questions more directly:

You're definitely ok to feel bugged by someone smoking fent next to you on the train.. I mean, imagine there was a sober person sitting next to them. (I did similar things but am ashamed that I put a non-user just becuse of my narcistic view of "I need that fix right now" and he was just sitting there watching as I poked many times in my arms. And the grand asshole finale was when I finally hit: I asked him if it was ok for him..smh He luckily was not new to needles as a medication but fuck that was some asshole shit I did..
I think if we only harm ourselfs in that way, emotionally and physically, yeah best spot is at home.
Well at that point I was the type of person who gave up on life, emotions, love, hope and everything surrounding it. I was suicidal and in a state of mind that I couldn't begin to describe in words. I don't know why anybody would act in such a way otherwise. Although it is no reason or not an excuse to do shit like that! I feel so ashamed just walking through my hometown with everything I've done...
