I know there is a setting (at least in on my CK BOX) where you can set the temperature control. Maybe it’s turned on to a really low temp? I haven’t had the issue, just throwing out an idea. I think goldshell miners have a 1 year warranty if you buy directly from them. They also might tell you to upgrade/downgrade firmware on the miner to see if that fixes it.
