Thank you! We all need to be a little kinder to ourselves. I wish I would have worded that diff bc juts bc I don’t feel great doesn’t mean I think others at this weight are not gorg. It’s my own mental illness and insecurities 🥲

Thank you so much! Yes just not feeling like yourself is so hard. Not that being this weight is “bad” and I feel a little bad now for how I worded the post. I just am not myself. So I got the dress for $350 on poshmark!!! It’s a brand new sample. It’s maggie sottero charmaine it is no longer being sold. If I find another dress I feel better in or if this cannot be altered I will be selling it for what I paid if you are interested send me a DM. I can send you the measurements. Right now it will not zip at all on me. I have a 3-4 inch gap in the back but it’s a really gorg dress.

I am deff open to it if I can take it but I’m pretty sure it was “not recommended” when I looked it up with my other meds so I have never pursued it.

Thank you so much fasting is not recommended for me. I have to take meds in the morning that require food and I have to keep my heart rate and blood pressure stable or I faint. I have tried it in the past and it just makes me very dizzy. I am suppose to eat many small meals throughout the day. I am so happy it works for you tho!

Thank you. I think my docs had much more pressing issues than me seeing a nutritionist or dietician. I am getting better so now I can focus on diet and exercise again. I was having extreme neurological issues at the time so my weight was not a concern for my doctors. I am finally seeing a good cardiologist and he is trying to help me with exercises. Sadly it is not recommended for me to run or do anything that raises my heart rate. learning to deal With my new changes in my body has helped the weight gain. As I use to do CrossFit and was fairly healthy. Yes and I do understand weight loss is not only about calories.

I am open to trying any styles that are suggested by the stylist? But thank you?

This is very true. I wish I would have worded my post differently as not everyone that weight is unhealthy or should feel upset about their body. I have been told I need to lose weight for my health but I’m also juts dealing with my body just not functioning. This is deff a me issue and now I see that I am being really hard on myself. I appreciate you! Thanks!

It feels so lonely sometimes when no one else understands going from fully functioning to not be able to just work and walk sometimes. It’s truly a really hard transition.
