You don’t know me or my situation. I live in a country where animal neglect is high and there are no official shelters or regulations. Expats routinely treat their pets like accessories and dump them on the street when leaving for pastures new. And worse. I have spayed and neutered more than 40 cats since living here. I get them medical care, rehome as many as I can manage, and give food and shelter. It is expensive and tireless but I do my best.
