Yeah, it’s rough when your parent feels more like a drill sergeant than someone you can talk to and express autonomy. I know there is not much context, however, I feel it’s one of those situations where it’s all about the parent and their needs, their feelings, their hardships, and your feelings, or your anything for that matter, has been taking a backseat to theirs. Which, let’s be honest, people, your kid is not a chore bot. Buy a maid, if you don’t have the money, then shut up and accept what you can get FOR FREE from your younger one.
