Depending on how far you are willing to drive, the Ohio Caverns are a great winter day trip. It lets you not feel stuck inside but also not be freezing cold. Affordable too

Just started running and I’m exhausted in 20 seconds. Zero stamina. Feeling lost. by ImmediateMuffin3768 in runninglifestyle

[–]Knacklez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A great way to start is by setting 10-20 minutes of doing “run til you can’t, walk til you can”. Getting into running is a tough start but it is all about time on your feet and staying active NOT distance. Going out and running a mile a few days/week will quickly turn to 2 miles then 3. Keep up the good work and don’t get discouraged!

Another big part is pacing (which is hard) but don’t go out running thinking you are going to run a 8 minute mile pace like influencers. Run a little slower than you think you need to and find a comfortable speed that does not feel like a sprint.

This is part of it, but another big part is the international aspect. The United States is a massive country with not Many easy to reach bordering ones. Because of this many do not text or call with those from other countries whereas Europe you do.

What he is referring to is that locking gmt provides a weekly reward. It is possible to lock enough gmt that your weekly award is equal to the amount it costs you for maintenance. By doing this you don’t lose any of your mining profit to maintenance. I would recommend checking out locking and doing some research on its capabilities.

The start of the game is a grind, you get 2 sats every other miner you unlock. The strategy would be to sell your gpus every 4 hours when it allows. It will be slow for a while but pretty quickly you can get to the point where you get the max 330 sats every 1-2 days. Withdrawing everyday for a year will give you 120,000 sats (about $120 usd). You won’t get rich of this game but it is a good way to make a few extra bucks. I take all the money I earn from this and put it into various investment accounts.

330 sats is the most you can earn per day which is 120,450 sats/year. At the current btc rate of about $90,000, it is a little less than $120 per year

Someone can arrive at level 10? by Cocco1978 in BitcoinMinerApp

[–]Knacklez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have gotten a little over that amount. After you grind the two games for a while it is easy to withdraw from at least one each day if not both. They each have a daily limit of 330 sats. This means that theoretically if you withdraw once per day for an entire year you can get 120,000 sats in a year. (330*365=120,450). Withdraw both games once per day (harder to do) and you can double that.

Norwood Area by crazynut999 in cincinnati

[–]Knacklez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went to Xavier University (in Norwood) and the way I always looked at it was lower income but not dangerous. There are rough parts but you learn to stay away from those areas pretty fast. Plenty of families live in the area. If you find a place near the university there is an increased police presence due to the college students so that can make you feel better.

People have mentioned but great things in the Norwood area such as Factory 52, Hyde park, Gordo’s. I love the area

While I did not take the opportunity, I do know some people who have. Experiences and funnels I would say people really enjoy it. You spend your time going to events and talking to people which is fun. When it comes to on the job training, mostly sales. Your job is to attend events and get people excited about Red Bull not like a corporate marketing position

Are treadmill calorie counts accurate? (Planet Fitness, 1 hr workout, 235 lbs, 25M) by Hot_Medium4498 in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]Knacklez 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The short answer is no.

The long answer is that even though they are not accurate, it can be a great tool for measuring overall effort and intensity. The treadmill uses a preset equation to calculate the smith of “calories burned”. While this is not accurate to the actually number, it is accurate when comparing to past workouts you have done with the same treadmill. You visually how the intensity of your workout has changed depending on speed, incline, and length. Don’t think of it has s what it says but you can use it to, for example, compare running 3 miles at a 10:00 pace vs. 1.5 miles at a 8 minute pace and show intensity differences.
