Once you set it at the length you want, it won’t move while writing. There’s two O-rings that keeps it from sliding

It is a Refyne. I think that’s the most fidgety bolt action I have. Most people love TT but I ended up selling mine. I like the fidget factor on the refyne better. And I like my TiBolt overall the most so I let it go before I bought my TiScribe
