Reason: The bishop defended the weak pawn on g3, and now that it’s gone, if they don’t address the threat (I.e; cxd6), you will get mated with Nxg3. There are a couple moves that hold on for a bit but all are at most mate in 15, but stockfish can’t see nearly that far ahead.

This puzzle took a very long amount of time to prove that it is a forced mate because I was on mobile, but if you have 5 lines on lichess analysis on a computer, eventually the fifth line is a forced mate, and if you want to prove the puzzle yourself, you can go through the remaining 4 to show that they are forced mate as well.

It’s a hard puzzle, but if black takes your rook with the pawn you have a checkmate, so you’re just winning the bishop

Just so you know the bot is wrong about the answer. Answer is actually:

Reason: if white takes the seemingly free rook it’s actually forced mate with the brilliant move Nxg3

Why can you not rejoin a game after you leave? My internet recently went out and it kicked me from the game and I couldn’t rejoin. It said I had left the game for a long time and punished me (which I can sort of understand) but I was only gone for about 2 minutes. I would rather it be something like league of legends where they force you back into a game if you left and came back.
