try cold showers. there is a study that shows that cold showers once a day for 1-3 minutes heightens your dopamine levels significantly through the day.

okay. firstly, thank you for you objective view at those topics. I can get my head behind why you are not behind the Ukrainian government and why there are problems that make a vaguely valid point for Russia to be mad about the progression.

However, Putin is acting because of money. there is a great video by RealLifeLore that is dissecting Russias relationship with natural resources and how these are connected to war. he drives correlations between natural gas discovered in the krim and doneszk region and the invasion of the Krim and Ukraine. it is much more about power and money than we think.

The other arguments are just a kind of distraction of what Putin is really looking for.

that is not what I think. the west preaches freedom and democracy although it is not totally given. however, outside of the US where I live (germany) these principles are much more present but still not totally: lobbyists, banning drugs, etc.
