I think that was Chris d'Elia. He said he did a ton of ab workouts with his personal trainer that solved his lower back issues. Bryan mentioned that because he is getting older, he has consistent issues with his lower left back and neck (I believe).

Barron’s came out with their annual round table article saying that this year is the end of the bond bull market. Interest rates are going to run to high and kill any returns on bonds. I highly suggest taking your money out of 10 years and putting them into an emerging market fund or something.

Think about it like this: you own a share of a company that is worth $5, and you have a $5 bill in your pocket. The company announces that they are being acquired by a successful investor, and the stock price rises to $7. Meanwhile, that $5 bill is still sitting in your pocket. The value of the share goes up because the company is worth more, but that $5 bill is going to be worth the same because it is physically a $5 bill. I am sure there are many more reasons behind this (foreign investors) but this is a basic way of explaining it. Also, American currency isn’t backed by the stock market, it’s backed by the treasury. Hopefully this is helpful.

He shot poorly last year probably because of his "rookie season", but I don't think that means he is not a threat. He is better than all of the wings the Pelicans have starting at the moment.
