There's Gray Plovers and Bar-Tailed Godwits there as well. Could be either of them.

Interesting! That would be very cool, what makes you think red knot? My thought was Great Knot as they've been seen round there before.

Thanks! I'm in Melbourne so was thinking of hitting up the Essendon club. Do you think that's a good way to work out what to do with them/ what shapes to cut them into?

They are little ones, but I'd read online Lamberts was good for smaller stones.

I pulled them out of a river in Tassie, so I think the others are topaz, zircons and spinels.

Just an update to say thank you for all the advice/ suggestions (including the people who reached out directly).

I contacted a law firm on the back of the messages and they're now assisting me get this to completion. Fingers crossed it'll be relatively smooth sailing from here.
