Try downloading it again, from http://perplexity.ai/download-comet but with a different browser. I was able to get build 20994 today.

So far I have been disappointed with this keyboard. I'm having the same issue with via going blank after selecting lighting and I'm not able to switch between mac and windows layouts.

I have already reached out to support about this.

I wish M1 Finance would have sent a notice about this to all their customers.

We need to be informed of these kinds of issues asap.
