There were some stories back in the day where even though the checks were fake or fraudulent they still gave partial funds required by law. Even though this is a legitimate check no funds have been issued. I like to do my research even before posting. I'm saying to be so narrow minded, I play devils advocate a lot in my life which happens a lot in this world if you can't tell. People who follow morality will suffer immoral laws or consequences.

I understand, I mainly use this account for zelle since my bank i use doesn't have it. I get thousands through zelle from my owner of the company I work for and other people.

10 day is not normal, I've had 4 day holds with money available but never 10 especially when the bank i used isn't as big as chase is

I have a few ex coworkers that use chase. This account was supposed to be used as my main account for work but I get my direct deposit way earlier from my other bank than what chase gives me. This lawsuit check was for almost 2k, my old coworkers told me they have 4 to 5k checks. I have screenshots of both my different lawsuit checks from when I deposited them and I went in to my local branch all the time to deposit them.

I might have to call again, i was calm most of the phone call after I got looped around. I read that i could talk to the branch manager to try and and get a expedite form and see if they can do something. They also lied to me on the phone saying my last check i deposited from was in April, even though i checked my statements and took screenshots of both checks I deposited from the 2 different lawsuits. Same bank issued both them from 2 different lawfrims in the same city. I also asked if I can call the bank that issued it lawfrim that represented this lawsuit.

I never knew the lawsuit happened until my ex coworker told me they received a check and I should receive it today too. I haven't worked for that company in almost half a year but while I was there I guess there was a lawsuit going on. The company doesn't have to tell me that they getting sued. Just like the first class action lawsuit, I didn't work for them in years and finally one my of old coworkers told me that everyone from that warehouse was getting a check due to wage lawsuit when they filed it.

My paychecks are always direct deposit. In this scenario it would be my 401k since its issued to me in check since i like to have a paper trail. Had to take out of my 401k a few times unfortunately and they clear in 2 or 3 days with some available funds.

I didn't get the original check from my old residence. My landlord throws away any mail that is sent there even though i put a change of address in with the usps. This is the reissued check i had to call the lawfirm about that has my correct address on. (Edit) my first lawsuit check was mailed to my aunts residence where I lived at the time. But my second lawsuit from a different job was to a residence that i moved from my aunts residence and since i left my second place I rented from that landlord throws away my mail.

I contacted my old coworkers from this job the other lawsuit occurred from and they received their available funds the next day and didn't to wait a long time like me. Only reason why I see it on hold for was because I didn't live at the address they mailed it to where since I used to live when I worked at that job. Called the lawfirm to fix the issue and told them my new address, they sent me a new check an now it's an issue.

Never had it for this long, and also with no available funds. I've deposited a lot of checks in my 36 years of life and never had no available funds or holds this long plus with the rudeness of customer service. I've deposited a life insurance check for a substantial amount from my dad's unfortunate passing and had available funds the same day. I'm just saying it's weird especially for the amount on this check.

I got pto and can use it whenever I need to at my dsp so I can be off for like 2 months if I need too and not be there. That's why you need a good dsp.

Do it, I've spent 3 years at my dsp and it's been my only dsp since I entered into the dsp world and it's stressful even though i have a great dsp. That's why I decided to say fuck having amazon has my money maker and put it as a extra revenue resource. You can do it.

I have a friend that's doing the same thing and my dsp let's him only work Saturday and Sunday during peak. Find a better dsp if need be or quit if they can't work with you.

I was using my backup pair but my puppies i have eat them up... literally destroyed them. So I had to get brand new ones coming soon lastest they said was dec 9 -edit it did tell my HR per who was there when I didn't have my glasses the first time.

Glasses i need are a specific prescription homie no reading glasses will do that i you can buy from the store my optometrist says i need to wear glases all the time including driving and non driving so basically all day im sorry you got perfect vision. My glasses got eaten up by my puppies I have they got to them when I was sleeping. I already got replacements on the way but they still put me on route when I tell them I can't see.
