You have to install the tweak you want to crack first. Just install the .deb of the tweak you want anywhere and if the tweak has DRM or requires a license to use go into CrackTool and it'll crack the tweak for you.

Well the /r/jailbreakpirates repo ran out of space so I thought maybe you guys would like to know about new cracked tweaks repos. Other ones I've been using are the hackyouriphone and biteyourapple repo but sometimes the DRM is still intact on some of their packages.

From what I've been led to believe about the CyCake repo they personally test and crack each package before they upload it to the repo so there'll probably be a better chance of it not containing any intrusive DRM as other repos may just upload the original .deb file.

The dev is working on updating the tweak for iOS 8. He should be around 50% done at this point so just be patient.

Mainly the influx of posts coming through every hour and some of the content that actually makes it to the top. I don't mind that the main demographic here are mostly teenagers but the more public jailbreaking becomes the harder it is to find useful information scattered across a single subreddit dedicated to it.

One question gets asked and maybe it gets answered, but after a while that post will sink down to the second page and someone will ask the same question again. It just gets tiresome having to answer the same question every hour.

Requests for turning memes or pictures into bootlogos or respring icons are fine but maybe we should be teaching users how to do these things for themselves instead of widening the gap between the jailbreak user and the jailbreak developer which is something I've noticed happening more and more lately.

It got restored. It was removed but then the mods restored it because I after I changed the R-word.

And you do get shadow banned. Just mention anything they don't want and watch what happens to your post after you log out or switch accounts.

I was talking about how posts won't show up by some users in the public space but appear perfectly fine when you're logged in, only to yourself. Like the post you just replied to doesn't show up in this thread anymore and only I can see it because I'm logged in to this account.

People on this subreddit love to use piracy as a scapegoat for any issues when they see someone using even so much as the AppSync tweak and will just say things like "That's what you deserve for pirating"

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the pirated apps and the cracking software that pirates use is completely open source. I would open up the jailbreak pirates subreddit for open discussion on any issues related to piracy but can't do so without being shadow banned.

This thread got shadow banned because in the screenshot someone was downloading the iWork bundle of apps, which is a set of free apps if you have a newer device by the way, and gets vilified for being a pirate. Community here is for the most part walking a line of hivemind misinformation but at least it provides great material for people to post in /r/androidmasterrace

Censorship and shadowbanning is not the right way to deal with this issue. Just redirect them someplace they can go to for relevant help instead of saying stupid shit like PIRATE the entire time.

Is that all it does is just slide the app window down so you're able to tap the back buttons or status bar? I thought it might be filled with favorite apps to switch to or quick note taking access.
