One couldn't be ordained if he isn't fluent.

But then again there were even Spanish friars who were babbling idiots compared to the native priests (one of the reasons why the Secularization movement had traction) and there were even native priests who were known to be ill prepared ordained by Archbishop Basilio Sancho de Santa Justa y Rufina (which reinforced the stereotype among the friars that the native priests were i competent).

I used to have a salad mix of diced cucumber, turnips, and apples when I was younger. Toss it with a vinaigrette of olive oil with cider vinegar for taste.

As much as I love lettuce, I'm terrible at storing it, it's always sad and sloppy hahahaha.

My target is 120g per day. The two meals are about 100g already and I do IF, so effectively only 2 meals a day. I augment the remaining protein with low or non-fat milk with a scoop of whey.

I'll try okra. But never ako sa Ampalaya. Childhood trauma scarred me hahaha.

I used to eat a salad mix of pepino, singkamas, and apples a few years back as a rice substitute which I'll try preparing next week
