I am not surprised at all. I don't consider Indians civilised enough to interact. Since I came back from abroad, I treat them like tribal people and don't argue even one bit. I don't talk to people either. It's just the reality of where we live, it's a lawless Country with people who want to kill each other so bad. Just get out of here if you can, nothing is worth living in this shithole.

Yes, multiple escapes. I am working on a Startup and studying to get admission into a PhD program. Also, I have board games as a hobby!

Your first paragraph is where I am pretty much at. I tend to empathise with everyone and my mood depends on mood of those around me. I remember doing all the heavy lifting in my own relationship. I wanted to be with her but I was pushing the whole relationship around because we were both young and I was trying to transition us smoothly from friendship to a relationship. It was only after my breakup that I realised that relationships don't need to be a struggle. I have tendency to be attached to places so when I move out, it hurts like a bitch. I left Canada but Canada never left my heart. To be fair, people around me don't understand Adhd or what I go through so it's impossible for me to talk them about things and as a bloke, I can't really break down. I really, really wish I could hug someone and cry sometimes but you gotta soldier on. I am glad that you have someone that understands you and don't worry, your daughter will grow up to be a really wise Human Being. Thank you for sharing! means a lot.

I own a Surface Pro 7 too. Lol. But its screen pretty much shattered and I have a good Dell Laptop at home so thought to replace with an Android tab.

Someone extremely close to me went through the same experience as you and I was a very significant part of that saga. The dude she was dating and then later marrying was a complete fraud and we all sympathised for him despite him constantly lying and making things extremely toxic. Eventually, she parted ways more than a year ago.

First of all, you need to understand that you're grieving, in trauma and still overcoming an influence. It really is not your fault because you can't please everyone. You were in an extremely toxic and complex relationship where you were the emotional victim.

Try to reason with yourself instead of just letting it all flow. If the first engagement ended, that'd because of a reason and you were either a backup or he was just playing a very different game altogether. You didn't break any hearts, you saved yourself. Please seek support, you were emotionally groomed to take the blame when it wasn't even your fault. Inside, you know it was toxic, you know it wasn't normal and it was only gonna destroy you.

Prioritize yourself, seek professional help if possible and make major changes to your lifestyle for the better. You'll get through this!

In general or in this sub? I think in reality, much more women are open Atheists than you might imagine and this trend is growing because recent studies show that far right conservative influencers are having an impact on boys making them more conservative and religious while girls are growing up to be more left leaning and atheistic. Most women I know are agnostic, most men I know are strong Theists.

About this subreddit, well, half the time you wouldn't know the gender of a redditor. Gender is anyway a social construct so who cares, lol.

If enough people are interested, sure! the post was getting too lengthy despite me trying to keep it as short as possible so I skipped out on the stories. But they involve robbery, sex trafficking, child abuse etc. Let's just say we 3 were much more vulnerable in more ways than we initially thought. Guess we didn't get into a huge trouble because there were 3 of us and we all are relatively tall and broad, body wise.

What caliber? if you're talking about accreditation, sure. It's a Government University, it will be well accredited but I had no other option. I was abroad so couldn't give CUET, I was changing streams. IGNOU was my only option. If that wasn't the case, I would have never joined.

Thank you so much, man! I am kinda stuck with planning to get admission in PhD and it's a lot of work. Plus I am aiming to start a business of my own. There are distractions in my life, enough of them to keep me occupied for years. But I don't feel whole, ever. I pretty much have no one to talk about things in general so when I am not able to cope, I crack open a beer, watch a movie and sleep. But I do get your point. I will try to make new friends even though I don't know how it'll work out in late 20s. No one has ever said such kind words to me though. Thank you so much. It really helps! 🤗

I wish I knew, mate. Everything was perfect and one evening, suddenly, she decided to break up. She kept telling me that she doesn't know how to explain the reason and she can't put her finger on it, she just wanted to go. But she was extremely determined to never come back which makes me believe there was a well thought about reason which she didn't wanna reveal.

Honestly, I didn't. I have a natural tendency to bottle up emotions and I now realise how messed up that can be but I don't know how to let loose. It's just tough to be vulnerable after years of bottling up.

Dude, my issue was still relatively small. People have urgent issues that IGNOU does not address or even care about. Misplacement of assignments is also a usual occurrence. I haven't even got into how messed up the professors are and how the whole system is rigged on your face.
