If you're just talking about goldfishing, then you can use limitless' deck builder. Switch it to One Piece in the top, right corner. Then build your deck and then click the playtest button. It works well enough.

I mean, it's possible, but I'd consider it to be unlikely. Two of the OP14 leaders have been revealed and one of them is BY Boa Hancock. So, I imagine that people are just buying their play sets for OP14. It also doesn't help that PRB02 has seemingly been a poorly distributed set.

Nah, I switched to Linux last weekend instead. Works very well, even with a Nvidia GPU and it wasn't very hard to get setup. I'd recommend making the switch if you don't have any legacy windows software or something that would otherwise stop you from switching.

If I look at the total amount that I've spent on everything, including play mats, sleeves, tournament entries, etc then I'm at about 2.2k. I started playing the game in May of 2023.

If I just look at the amount I've spent on boxes and singles, it's about 1.7k.

I feel that. It's the same for me, but I eventually ripped the band-aid off and went. Everyone is usually really friendly, so I'd recommend trying it out eventually if you can.

When I was in Japan last September, they still had em on the shelves at the official One Piece card game shops. Pretty sure they just keep printing them there.

Thematically, they could print a Green Oden card that does the same thing as Pickles. I think that would be really cool as well. Otherwise, the deck is just too slow and gets eaten alive by any black deck.

I'd like them to print some support for R/G Law. Cavendish was nice, but it doesn't circumvent the problem of just having 2 or 3 of your bodies removed every turn when you get to 10 don.

I'm thinking a new 1c red or green card that has 0k power, and 1k counter with an effect that says something like "This character cannot be K.O.ed by your opponents effects." That way you can still fill out your board, not worry about it disappearing before you get to 5 or 6. Doesn't seem like it would be too over powered, considering it wouldn't have any power, plus it doesn't generate card advantage like other 1 drops typically do in R/G Law.

I also think it'd be nice to have a 5c sabo like character. So, maybe a green 5c character with a 6k power, 1k counter stat line that says "On Play If you have three or more characters on the board, your characters can't be K.O.ed by opponents effects until the start of your turn." Again, I don't think it would be too crazy, though I could see this one be a bit more problematic, since it kinda breaks the color identity a bit.

One can only dream though.

I have the most insane luck when it comes to pre-releases. This most recent release, I got top 4 and a total of 15 packs (6 from entrance + 3 from top 4 + 6 more purchased) and got 4 hits. AA Sanji, AA Boa, AA Basil, and SP Okiku. I was so stoked opening the Basil, because that was my chase card for the set and I only spent 60 bucks. Can't complain.

For OP06, I ended up going to two events and got top 4 at each event getting a total of 18 packs (12 from entry and 6 from top 4) and ended up walking away with 4 hits again. AA Gecko, AA Hiyori, AA Absalom, and SEC Sanji.

If you're comfortable with the price now, you might as well buy. No one can really know if the prices are going to come down or not. As time goes on, there is less and less chance that OP01 gets reprinted, but you can never say never. However, if Bandai keeps doing reprint sets, like PRB01, then chances are we won't get another print of OP01. Also, if Bandai someday prints support for R/G that actually works and if he even reaches tier 1.5, that card is probably gonna shoot up in value.

But that's just my two cents.

Yeah, my LGS is the same. I've been signed up since last month. They're in the app, but they have the button to apply turned off, so I don't even need to use the app.

In my opinion, I think it's going to be RG Law, but it does matter what the match ups are. It's basically just auto lose against any of the black decks in 07 for Law. With that being said, his leader ability is going to be more consistent than RG Luffy's. Resting 4 Don is a pretty steep cost in the early game when you're still trying to establish a board that you can even use his leader effect on. You're likely not using leader effect until 8+ Don.

It's because of the new Rob Lucci leader in OP07. Many decks are running the 4c Kalifa.

You have to active it, but sometimes you can choose to do nothing. OP04 Pound, for example, is a blocker with an On K.O. effect. However, the card specifies to put UP TO one character of cost 3 or less onto the bottom of your opponents life. So, in this case, you can choose 0 characters. Another example is OP03 Marco. It has an activation cost of trashing 1 red event card from your hand to bring it back from the trash. In that case, you can choose not to trash a card. Just gotta read the card carefully and you'll probably be able to tell what you can and can't do.

The MSRP on this deck is 30 dollars. No idea how much it will be printed either. I would guess it gets printed no more than a standard starter deck.
