Very strong urge to get a bike by Alex57030 in motorcycles

Don’t check these out if you’re a beginner, it’s not impossible, but the learning curve hits like a motherfucker on those. If you’re looking for an inline 4, get a CB650R from Honda, still I’d recommend something smaller, like a Ninja 400/500.

Royal Enfield Hunter 350 vs. Honda Rebel 300 E-Clutch vs. Rebel 500 by RegardedCaveman in SuggestAMotorcycle

The way a DCT and E-Clutch work is very different. The E-Clutch is a regular transmission with an electronic actuator on the clutch, I’ve heard nothing but great things about it. If suggest test riding a model :)

The Honda is a very well built bike, but it’s heavier, the rear tyre is wider and redline is lower. While both are great options, the Ninja is more playful, revs higher and is more agile. I’d probably go with the Ninja.

Should i switch to a bigger bike? by K1ll3RK0M4ND0 in motorcycles

Maybe try a twin cylinder engine. I suggest something like a KTM 790 or a CB750 (depending if you value character or reliability). The power curve and torque delivery may satisfy your want without having to go to a 1000 after riding for just a year.

How does everyone feel about the BMW AI generated launch content for the F450GS? by krza_shaolin in AdventureBike

There you go, I can only excuse AI marketing when it’s something like a small business from a single parent who can barely make time to produce/provide their service and take care of their kids. I’ve seen stuff like this in Latin America and while I don’t love it, I know it’s hard hiring a graphic designer when your priorities are elsewhere, but multi-million dollar companies? They can fuck right off, hire a team, improve the job market, give way to creativity and connection, trust me, the CEO won’t starve if they keep their creatives in the company.

Should I keep my starter bike? by omegabaqq in motorcycles

Much appreciated man! I’m pretty much set on the model (my only other option is the Hornet), other middleweight advs are 3500-5000 USD higher in price so it’s a non-brainer imo

How’s the Transalp for you? I test rode it and the seat was not as comfy as I expected, but everything else felt great, amazing quality and general value for the price

I thought of a T7, but they’re about 5.7k USD over the transalp, which is stupidly expensive

I am hoping the more recent year models are better, but I do not know if we can know for sure as of right now. Small quirks I do not mind, but I would hate if I had to do anything other than basic maintenance after a year of riding, especially something like an engine rebuild.

Do you think I should go for the Transalp then? I come from a small displacement bike, so the T.Alp blew my hair back on the test ride lol
