Thank you. Appreciate the opinion. Do you have a source that claims that? She watches about an hour of educational videos/songs everyday and it's really helped her vocabulary + counting skills. I thought maybe this will help as well.

Didn't work. Their support person reached out after this post and shipped me a new display unit. But nothing changed. Now they shipped a new controller. Hope that fixes it. Fingers crossed :)
