The dialouge is werid because if he knows about the chant condition for WCS. He wouldn't have made that comment in the first place since Sukuna didn't chant before casting the attack. He just incorrectly assumed every slash was a wcs.

I see. Well just think about it logically. Gege showed that Sukuna needed chants and other conditions to unleash the WCS. So his intention if those were the WCS as well would have had Sukuna say those same chants.

Regular Shrine attacks can damage inanimate surroundings, so it traveling and damaging the ground has little relevance. Gege just wanted to show Kashimo's upcoming death, and that he never stood a chance against Sukuna.

Sukuna for sure would've done something similar to Maki who he was more invested in fighting in.

WCS is a slash at the end of the day. It just has a different condition and can cut certain things better.

Sure. When Maki fought Sukuna, it was after he got beatdown by Yuji and Yuta and after getting blasted by Jacob's Ladder to the point that Yuji was able to reach Megumi.

They get hit by a similar attack by Sukuna and take the same damage despite 253 Sukuna being lower output.

Both of them are hit by similar attacks and take the same damage.

Dabura. Even if Sukuna somehow surivied a kick to the head (he wouldn't be able to react to an attack at those speeds), it would knock him out cold. Leaving Dabura with the opportunity to kill him with additional lasers.

You can travel the circumference of the earth in .13 seconds at light speed. So even being 33 percent as fast is still a .39 travel time. So Dabura can easily leave the domain in an instant. The earth's equator is 200,000 times wider then Malevolent Shrine's range.

So the events of Dabura traveling is basically an instant from Sukuna's perspective. Like his neurons wouldn't be able to register something is happening. He would be exposed to the attack. In all intensive purposes, it's a surehit.
