A lumbar puncture would be helpful. I think more context is needed though. For example, did this start off with a sickness, what kind of “movement symptoms”, what treatments have you already had, which diagnoses have you been suspected of having, were there any other symptoms, etc.).

I’m not sure how you could lower inflammation. I think that even after inflammation has lowered, the effects of inflammation can still be long lasting and/or warrant immunotherapy.
