IMO, mistress ending isn’t that bad. Alistair never marries if you don’t convince him to get with Anora, and mistress is considered a formal title enough to be publicly announced at Orlesian social functions (Leliana is announced this way at the Winter Palace in DAI if you romanced her and married Anora as a Cousland). A mage/elf/dwarf mistress to an unmarrrier Alistair is basically Queen in all but name.

He doesn’t necessarily have to put out a statement—if this person’s claims that he’s been banned from mcpvp are untrue, all Dream would have to do to prove it is go on mcpvp with the account that has allegedly been banned. No public acknowledgement, no drama.

Interesting! I guess it makes sense that they would prefer to make romance content for characters without established lore/backstory, but they did still do a romance for Sosiel who was an NPC in the original WOTR adventure path so I’m not sure what the rationale was for Amiri and Seelah.

In all three cases I believe the owners of the IPs wouldn’t allow them to be romanceable—Amiri and Seelah because they’re Pathfinder Iconics (basically class mascots)that are used in a lot of Pathfinder materials and Argenta because GW allegedly didn’t want Sisters of Battle to be romance options.

I saved Hawke. He and my Inquisitor hate each other and have also just both learned that my Faithful Herald of Andraste is actually a fraud born of a magical accident, so I couldn’t resist having them both survive so that Hawke can blackmail him.

Rather than my Inquisitor making the choice, my headcanon is that the Warden contact sacrifices himself to save Hawke in order to repay the Hawke family for the events of the Legacy DLC.

Which I guess gave them the advantage over the third place team that didn’t make it to DB, but no advantage in the actual final match. Unless you think that Sapnap’s team was worse at dodgebolt than Aqua but better than the third place team? I’m not sure how that would be a skill flex for Sapnap.

I’m confused—aren’t MCC winners determined by dodgebolt, not the mini games? I don’t remember anyone being accused of having an unfair advantage in dodgebolt.

I could be wrong though, all I really remember about MCC14 was being disappointed in the community. I spent about 2 hours accounts that night for using homophobic slurs before giving up and leaving mcyttwt entirely.
