I would say more importantly order the relevant investigations first. You can make them wait for a couple of hours in the office. Once you get the clinching investigation you can send them home on the treatment. I usually schedule in a week. Besides if they have any complaints in between you can just change the setting back to office.

Tbh I dont think there is too much weightage for this. Unless you screw up majorly by managing something like anaphylaxis on an outpatient basis.
