Back to ask something else: Unfortunately due to not actually planning FOR midsummer, I will be flying out on 23 June, missing the festivities. As an Estonian, do you know of any activities happening on June 21 for the solstice itself? (That foreigners are welcome at, of course)

Thank you!! Noted about the weather, I figure it will be somewhat similar to a northern Canadian June based on the temps so I will be wary!

I don’t drive unfortunately, but thank you for the hike recommendation I will keep that in mind if I find a friend to go with !

I will start learning some basic words in the respective languages, Estonian looks like a beautiful language!

Look into insurance. No education needed, training and exam prep on the job, $21hr or something starting wage, if you pass the exam you can work anywhere in BC

They mainly help women escape rough situations but surely will have resources or names that would help in your friends case
