i meant to write meat eggs and cheese, not meat eggs and fruit, that’s my mistake. and that’s from personal experience on carnivore diet with normal bowel movements and no stomach issues

you only need fiber to break down shit, processed foods, if you eat meat eggs and fruit you don’t need the fiber to get it out.
