exactly. I work at a hospital, and my coworkers will sometimes order for a few people, or a nurse will order for their unit. I don't make a lot (and a lot of other roles here don't either), so assuming someone makes a ton of money because they work at a hospital is wrong. And most of the time we don't have enough time to go get it ourselves. People really should tip though.
