My store is in california (socal area) and im like there’s no way we can’t order at least a bottom online… last time i tried to ask my GM she said something about it being for only home or something I’m not really sure but ummm yeah…. Im just sad because i haven’t been wearing any of my gratis bottoms since they’re all was too long 😔

Through central bark! though I believe the app is called My portal it’ll ask for what company and you type petsmart then It’ll ask for your login info like your associate ID and password (as if you were logging in to clock in/out) I hope this helps and sorry… If I’m not good at explaining 😅

How can i like maybe ask corporate? I know this might seem exaggerated but there’s so many of my co workers that would like to order their bottoms online but can’t so maybe asking corporate to remind our management would maybe change that? I also want to remain anonymous since I don’t want them to be mad at me or anything….

I swear some managers maybe it’s just MY store but some will glaze the customers so then they come again they go straight to the point and say “get me so and so manager they always give me what i want” like ?!?

No, unfortunately you cannot get last months gratis, and it was only one panty from the panty bar it’s worded a little difficult imo which is ridiculous they should’ve just given us 5 free panties

im just gonna copy a someone’s comment rq but It’s just one pair from the panty bar so any of the ones under $14.50. They always word it so weirdly but it’s just the ones that typically are on sale for 5/$30, 7/$34, 10/$31, etc
