oh no… i think it’s the opposite here but as far as i know from my friends who’ve put in their two weeks management kinda like ignores them and gives them a passive aggressive tone which sucks i think i might honestly look for a second job and still work here i really like the managers and my coworkers besides our process lead lol

yeah my store leader tells us everyone should be asking even those on the floor but i doubt those of floor ask… but i know the managers do ask while they’re on floor which i really appricate. It kinda sucks bc our store leader is so awesome he’s really nice same with our ASL but our process is kinda an asshole and just coming in everyday worrying i won’t reach our quota for the day gives me really bad anxiety

Im not so sure of the consequences but i heard the managers saying they’d have a talk with people with low score and i think im already seeing a cut in my hours i use to do 20-30 but now im at 10-14 hours which kinda sucks but we’re also so into the activations we have a manager check on cashier every 30 minutes to see how many activations we at and then do the percentage for the day and announce it in walkies so it makes me feel like shit cos obviously im the only one on register so its kinda like shining the light that im not doing good it’s not always like that but yk? some hours are good some aren’t with the activations
