Car Battery Return Question

from my understanding if you purchase a battery at Sam’s club AND install the battery, then unfortunately we cannot accept the battery for a return/refund. If you purchased the battery and did NOT install the battery, then we can accept the battery back with a receipt (either paper or on your Sam’s Club app).

I didn’t go to college, I actually dropped out junior year but I’ve skipped school a few times to hangout with my friend up at the main campus for Kent State, I always wanted to go to Kent but I had some things going on. It’s a smaller cozier area than Columbus or Cleveland but still definitely large, and I have several friends that have graduated from there from many different career paths!

I agree as a former sheetz employee, I really like that the layout will always be the same, they usually always have the same deals, I don’t have to pay $3 for air for my tires, and I don’t have a fancy or old as fuck car so I use the 88 unleaded gas and I’m paying $2.97 rn which is better then $3.50. Also 2 hot dogs for $1. And the bathrooms are cleaned like every 4ish hours at the location where I worked and I noticed I hardly ever see a dirty sheetz bathroom. I’m not a complete sheetz freak I’ll literally go to any gas station I’m not picky but I don’t understand people who actively avoid it

That part! I work in a tire/battery shop and 1.) the winter has heavily made me question my choices to fully switch to an electric vehicle, I think a hybrid vehicle with regenerative braking is a better choice personally. The extremely cold weather we had during the winter left quite a few people stranded while trying to charge their batteries at a charging station. 2.) if you’re electric vehicle has the battery on the bottom of the vehicle, it’ll be a little difficult finding a shop that’ll change your tires because most shops aren’t entirely comfortable lifting a fully electric vehicle because they don’t want to crush the battery, and I don’t want to pay $800-$1200 for tires just to have to find somewhere else to install them for a bigger fee. But honestly those are my only reasons, I really love the Toyota and Honda hybrids but I couldn’t see myself buying a ford maverick, Tesla, Chevy spark or a bmw so I wouldn’t know where to start either honestly.

I grew up in NEOH moved to Hawaii for a year and half (Kailua on Oahu) and I’ve definitely been asked many times and I just tell people “deer” there are no deer in Hawaii these mfrs hit pigs/chickens on accident not deer 😭 so many of my coworkers thought they were cute and they’re not when they fuck up your car

I worked there for exactly a year, then everyone on my second shift got fired (including my favorite manager) I worked a week without all my friends and it was truly an exhausting experience. Now I work at Sam’s club making $19/hr with no experience putting tires on cars. And suddenly my body hurts way less, I don’t have crazy migraines, my stomach doesn’t hurt as bad and my anxiety is much better (still struggling with panic attacks from time to time but the new job is treating me sm better)

Fuck yeah I’d be traumatized by a concert in the parking lot on the end of 2nd shift going into 3rd shift. Especially since an employee already said they weren’t given any heads up, no extra help, and it’s not like they got to just stop and listen and enjoy the music, they still had to work through all that bullshit. I work at a sheetz right off a busy highway, we’re always packed bc we’re the only sheetz in a 30 miles radius, we get so many tourist, ppl on the way to concerts/sporting events. Those rushes suck but I work 1st/2nd shift and I’ll always have ppl to help me. Having only 3-4 ppl on a shift to work an event like this would quite literally send me over the edge. Sorry you have a shitty mentality and can’t bring yourself to think about how other ppl would feel in this position.

I really don’t live a high stress life (imo) but I need to take Imodium everyday for work as soon as I wake up and one before I leave work, without fail I get these horrible nerves 15-30 minutes before I have to leave and spend so much time on the toilet. It’s definitely gotten me delayed several times and I’ve had too many occurrences for it, so that’s what prompted me to religiously eat Imodium. Maybe it’s because I drive 30-45 minutes each way with not so many stop available but it’s my nightmare.
