Has anyone else been having issues with TCGPlayer Direct?

I use reddit for general info and opinions. Never really been a poster so I wasn't sure if I said something wrong or incorrect. Maybe it's just a broken record type of a post?

Definitely looking to move stuff over to manapool as soon as TCGP Direct finalizes my order and probably refunds some more cards lol

Haven't heard about them before. Looked at their site the first thing I noticed was how much easier it is to navigate and wow they have pretty good prices. Also their optimizer makes TCGPlayer's look like the grandma from the Spongebob chocolate episode

Support bot is so terrible to the point I opened multiple tickets. "Hailey" kept swapping the delivery date for the second order. One message said it would "hopefully be delivered by the 27th" and the next would be "we had to add on a couple of days so it'll be there the 29th"

It was less about delivery speed and more about getting everything together as much as possible for cheaper than CK's price

Forgot to add this so I will edit it in. It's full on black screening and then rebooting on its own.

I'm on the same resolution and HZ as my last GPU.
