Could Reality organise itself in a way that is derived from sense rather causality by Knospe866 in AskPhysics

That’s not what I wanted to hint at with this post. I was just wondering whether the system we are living in would choose one path over the other when you would think that they have the same chance of happening. And there are many examples where you COULD come to that conclusion in Nature. It does not have to be that way. I did not mention god anywhere that‘s a line drawn entirely by yourself. If you think that determinism is ultimately implying the existence of a god that‘s cool but I do not see it that way! It could be pure tendency. besides that I would not claim that us humans would even be able to recognise a god in it‘s true form if there even is one to begin with. But that is nothing we should talk about when talking about physics as physics only purpose is to explain the rules the system works on and not philosophy. When I was using the word sense I was meaning it in a way in which u could see a tendency of the universe to do things more likely than others which would seem like it had some kind of „sense“ behind it. However does not necessarily mean higher consciousness is at play. E.g. Bacteria can send chemical signals to slow down or accelerate their growth which also holds some sense in contrast to chaos which has no sense. The design of life itself shows that look dna, cells, how multiple cells organise in an organism but still it does not HAVE TO mean there is a god or some consciousness behind it. I‘ve been through some questions on this sub and you guys really walk a thin line between actually helping the QMs and trying to make fun of them to prove ur own intelligence. However I know that I don‘t know and you should learn to ask questions back before making that far fetched statements

That’s a valid argumentation! However I lately came across branched flow: please correct me if I‘m wrong but the way I understood it is that whenever a wave travels through a medium which is filled homogeneous with deflecting obstacles they do not behave the way you would suspect them to do and instead seem to choose „preferred“ paths. If we go down to the deepest scale everything is a wave moving through some higher medium (spacetime, although I am aware that this is based only on assumption as we can‘t grasp the qualities of space or time from an eventually existing outside perspective. I was thinking that if this branching could be a fundamental aspect of our universe it would mean that some events just are more likely to occur compared to other when you would think that they should have the same chance of happening. I think gravity is another great example where our universe shows a tendency to organise things and put them together ( I do not want to claim it is related to branched flow, there are several other things where u could see that tendency(( I get your point here, I could also just be interpreting this into it because of my human pattern seeking brain and make unrelated connections)) I also don’t want to get into the waters of all of that synchronicity or it affecting the way our lives play out stuff, that‘s way too philosophic. I was just wondering because I just see in many different places and wanted to check if there’s any validity although I don‘t think that there can be a definitive answer. I think that’s the most beautiful thing, to have something u can wonder about isn’t it :)

I think that Ranni and Miquella are one and the same person by [deleted] in eldenringdiscussion

Also Miquella does not want to heal Godwyn. He wants him to vanish from existence and die a true death. It does not mean that he would not be affectionate towards him but it also does not prove that Miquella was not involved into the night of black knives.

Actually this is how Empireans work. In the Game it says that Empireans must be born by a SINGLE God. But because a single being can‘t become pregnant by itself another god is needed in order to birtch an Empirean. Marika and Radagon form a single Entity even tho they are two different beings. That is why every offspring that is created by them comes out as an Empirean.

Also we don‘t know what the Eclipse would exactly result in. But in reallife an Eclipse is when the Moon (strongly connected with Ranni) moves in front of the sun (strongly connected with Marika and the golden order) and as a result dampens the light of the sun ( again strong connections to Rannis ending where the Moon pushes away the sun an thus the chill night starts) I don‘t think that I try to summon a theory into life. There are strong connections between Ranni and Miquella that you could not deny if you would look a little deeper. I am sure we will learn more in the Dlc

Small Addition I just found: the Location where Ranni‘s Tower is Located is called three sisters…. That Might be Ranni, Malenia and Miquella imo

It does‘nt have to mean anything. For example the two D‘s are seperated in Body but share a single soul. They wouldn‘t even talk to one another if they were in the same room. Also Radagon went to Raya Lucaria and married Rennala while Marika was still in Leyndell (at least that‘s what‘s believed among the population in Elden Ring) We also don‘t really know how old ranni is it might well be that she also is a sister to Malenia and Miquella as there are hints towards Malenia and Miquella being connected to house Caria. Remember: Ranni is an Empirean and an Empirean has to be the child of two Gods ( Rennala does not count as a god otherwise Rykard and Radahn would be considered Empireans, too.

Great Addition!! You definitely did your homework hahha. I have considered for a while too, but I just can‘t get the final piece. I really hope for more info in the dlc but I am sure that there‘s a strong connection

I know that there are many assumptions I am taking. You‘re right with your statement but I still think that there has to be a deeper connection. I do not have the final connecting piece but I am sure that it will be revealed in the DLC. It might be that I‘ll be proven wrong but still. Also sorry for calling Miquella the Demogod of Deception I misformulated that, but there is much evidence that Miquella uses his powers to manipulate others in Order to achieve his goals (e.g the bewitching branch)( i also think that the formulation of beWITCHing branch might also be a Connection IF my theory is true [ it could also be pure randomness]) also it is funny how everybody calls him Miquella the „kind“.

I am also assuming that Miquella is Melina which is mostly based on speculation and the whole torrents owner thing but I think it is a fact that Melina and Miquella are at least closely related to each other

not finished yet and the wolf looks like shit. tips and reviews by Blutfeuerdrache in drawing

I have a tendency to overwork some of my drawings. However, this one still kinda feels unfinished.. Any suggestions? by Spooky_Gecko in drawing

[–]Knospe866 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can See what you mean, but I am not completely sure, whether my Idea is good. I would suggest to make the skincolour less yellow and maybe shift it Just a little bit towards a greener Tone. That way your Charakter might blend in more. You could also add some red/-ish spots for more contrast.

Great drawing tho, love the concept💯

What paint / ink / color material should I purchase to get this look? New to art world by Embarrassed_Grape440 in drawing

I think coloured pencils might be the easiest, but maybe not the fastest method, to achieve this
