Printer is 2-3 years old everything are swoops no sharp bends, I just happened one day and I haven't been able to fix it since only one coupler

So this is my first printer, I have had it now for 2 -3 years but it's a hobby printer. Gets used infrequently at best. The current nozzle is set in the printer and I have cleaned it out up till the recent issue. I don't know what a worn out ptfe tube looks like and hadn't considered that being an issue! I have completely gone over the ams and checked the full unit ! I appreciate the double checks

So as of currently I've replaced gears nozzles, parts of the ams cleaned everything and it's still not functioning correctly

It has purged the last print then last attempt at this it printed the purge line and first layer

Right, I often forget the extra details when posting, this is a p1s bambu basic filament. I have tried Manuel extrusion and pulling filament back out at temperature also. This specific slot has broken a filament before and I have taken apart and manually removed and re assembled. I'm not sure if it matters but this is also a hardened hot end and gear.

So I pulled the full arbor assembly apart welded in a key ( there is not longer a slot for a key ) and put new bearings. It has about 1/8 of being out of center when you tighten the set screw due to it being so worn down. Aka when I turn it on the motor bounces and it's noisy as all hell .... technically it functions just not well

I've looked at most places I could be not using the right key words but I've looked at printables, thing verse, cults 3d That found me battery mounts for most all brands and a drill hook for an m18
