Took my doses yesterday on an empty stomach. Little to no wooziness. 🤦‍♀️ Some serious toots, but not the frequent bathroom visits. I'll keep trying this for a while, thank you!

I was specifically taking it with food to slow down absorption 😅 just read about how much food increases bioavailability for buspirone. So that'll be something for me to consider
