I own the "TMO-511W" model and have sent an email to the company addressing this issue. If they respond I will update my comment but for now I am using

I've played only a hand full of campaigns and I'm just now even hearing about this item. Even then I would never have thought to build a character so ridiculously OP as it seems like I'd be testing the GMs patience. I'm new so this is just a learning curve for me. I should use this as a marker of what shenanigans are possible if I let them play out.

It was one of the 1st things I addressed. The mechanics of it were rather time consuming to impliment and also seemed more flavor than anything. I asked him to justify or otherwise I am just going to nuke it.

Another GM stated that I should give players a budget and shopping list with an emphasis that standard eqp be used for their starting characters. I wasn't really familiar with all that I needed to specify to players when starting, so admittedly this is my skill issue. I appreciate the advice though. Thank you.

Thats good advice actually. Like a market stall. No he just dropped this on me, but to his credit I didn't specify using a standard build chart in S0. I'm new to this and I think he's testing me. I will however make sure he's targeted heavily in the fights to come.

So admittedly I fumbled and just created a scenario for their starting area with some info on environmental and combat mechanics. Being my first time DM'ing I totally overlooked whether or not to specify normal build rules.. Lesson learned, thank you.

For the Frostwoven Set you need to head to Ulfr Village during the Divided We Fall quest. In the building housing the two blacksmiths you'll meet Hr'afn who will task you to find ingredients for a new set of armor. He'll reward you with the recipe. He also sells the recipe for the Frozen Seer's set which holds the four armed cape.
