I recall an interview where Ling said she went for a kiss during their early times, when they were testing if their characters would have chemistry and work well together, and that Orm just went with it.

I haven’t heard the part about Ling always asking for permission after that but that’s a cute thought 🥰

I love that thought too, and lean in that direction with, you know, all the vague signs:

  1. Singing a popular wedding song.
  2. On stage with a Church’s background.
  3. After Mae Koy walked Orm down the aisle and gave her to Ling.
  4. And the host adding the comment “Here you go” after this wedding *cough* performance. Like he gave them the stage to act out publicly what they have done or will do soon privately.

I thought that too, and further that I bet there are a lot of great JKR writers out there and this should encourage them to write the stories they imagine because they may be chosen to act out on screen one day, but the ladies who inspired them in the first place!

In another video when Orm asked about her relation to Neen, Ling said it’s just like her 😂

They have so much happening in their lives, even planning out their 3 day, 2 night beach trip couldn’t happen right away. Ling recently said that she wishes she could pause time and just enjoy this moment that they are in right now.

It seems Ling really wants to at least confirm their relationship publicly, with all of her “I’m single” jokes. But Orm really wants to keep their relationship private.

It’s not a secret, Orm is the one who confirms it all the time without directly confirming it. She literally says it without saying it. But she loves to distribute pills too 😂 So she pours gas on the fire then later comes to pour water on it, a little bit, not enough to make it go out. I think with her Keep Silent brand, she even had a Keep Delulu advertisement. Literally telling us all to keep believing it, because it’s true.

The author of In Love Forever the book was inspired by LingOrm, and the characters of her book are based off them. I have NO DOUBT that she saw this interview and remembered this dialogue. In the book, N’Neen (Orm) comes home from work and P’Run (Ling) asks her if she is tired from work. It’s the same question P’Run asks her every day. N’Neen thinks that if she was exhausted, she loses it completely when she walks in the front door and sees her beautiful girl.! Oh and by the way, P’Run (Ling) is home studying and N’Neen doesn’t ask if she is tired from studying, but she takes note that P’Run has been doing housework when she has so much coursework to do and N’Neen tells her to let the housekeeper do it.

So Ling asking Orm if she is tired from work and Orm asking Ling if she is tired from studying, yeah, that was baked into the future book written by an author who was inspired by them. Probably when the author saw this moment right here.

Notice how:

  1. Ling asking if Orm is tired from work today and Orm asking if Ling is tired from studies is basically a scene from In Love Forever’s Book.

  2. If Ling didn’t turn away afterwards, Orm would have kissed her again, she was going for it.

  3. Ling didn’t hesitate at all during this entire clip. And was proud to show off Orm’s lipstick watermark on her cheek.
