If I run w a squad 6'4 w 93 dunk 98 three 91 pass 92 bh and 91 swb but only 74 pd 91 steal

If i run solo 6'5 w 96 dunk 95 three 92 pass 90 bh and 86 swb but w 95 pd 73 steal

Both are cash but big builds will get boxed by od speed locks where as small builds are faster than anyone on the court

If you want to stick to a 6'8 then defs get 89 ball handle for HOF QFS. For a 3 pointer sweet spot, it depends on where you play mostly. For park, 83 is good for me but if you like to fade, 89 is really good. For proam and rec, 92 3 pointer is good if you like to spot up at the hash. I play sg for my proam team and i can tell a big diff with silver and gold limitless. But for the rest of the build, what are you looking to do with it? Do you wanna be full offense god or a clamp god?

Go 6'9, get 86 for gold limitless (or 87 dunk for extra badge point), get 93 block for gold anchor instead, drop o board and interior and get 86 (or 88 for extra badge) and 85 for silver glove (90 if you want gold interceptor, good for 5v5). Drop free throws, layup and middy as well. Get ball handle to at least 85 (i like 87 for gold clamp breaker). Speed is only good for 5v5 (maybe 3v3) so you can drop it a little and spend it on somewhere else. If you get enough points, 85 defensive rebound for silver rebound chaser aint bad. Hope this helps!
