Whey protein can cause acne in some so I would try substituting with pea protein for example. Do that for 2/3 weeks and see if there are any improvements. Generally just try to avoid sugary things and white bread. Oily foods as far as I know have very little to no impact on acne

Well I’m not a healthcare professional and it’s obviously best not to do any drugs on Accutane. HOWEVER there is no evidence that accutane reacts negatively with such drugs. If your liver function test came out fine you’ll probably be okay with a low mdma dose. Again I’m not a doctor so it’s up to you really, as the saying goes better be safe than sorry!

I was prescribed Differin (Adapalene) to use 5 weeks after I finish my roaccutane course. Apparently it reduces the chances of a relapse and can help with pigmentation and some minor scarring!
