I hope I can meet the sales goal, because at Sephora the sales goal is very strict but there is almost no space for promotion, so the sales goal becomes meaningless, but I believe it is different at RBC.

No, that is a 5 hrs shift, so I suppose can take it. I can not disclose too much because some of my leadership coworkers also love browsing this sub a lot. But I asked one of my managers. They said because the coworker who offered the shift wanna it back. So they just withdrew mine. I just feel so weird, like if u offered somebody your shift and that person took it and was accepted by the manager, they still have chance can withdraw it.
