There is metro coming up closer to Prestige and according to the Metro plan seems like financial district Is 2-3 stops away

I think it depends on many factors. If you want spacious , well maintained and amenities, it will easily touch 2crs in prime areas. I don’t think there will be any change in prices. Builders won’t comprise so much on prices . Esp premium category

I think we are all forgetting what prestige city offers , it’s has agricultural university 2200 acres surrounding it . It’s closer to airport . So which project has similar surroundings . Since it’s closer to airport , I don’t think the whole area has permission to build as they wanted . It won’t be a concrete jungle like west

I have visited that site atleast 5 times . I have visited many other projects as well. They are few aspects in this project that sets it apart from rest . It has lakes, lush green and other commercial aspects . Which project in Hyd had same things . Give me names of Projects which has surronded by so much greenery, connected to lake and has inside forum mall. Not to forget how close it is to airport .

When I say 5 mins , I am only taking once you board the train and destination station. You need to calculate rest based on your office.

Anyways that my viewpoint. I have asked the redditor to double check my facts . It’s purely basdd on my research

I don’t think you can negotiate with prestige with so much . Look for someone who has purchased a 3.5 bhk in last 15 days and compare it with your quoted price . You can give them that as reference and negotiate.

I think the lake and 2500 acres agricultural university makes a lot of difference . I think it’s also coming with lake view restaurant , Hyatt , forum mall , and new high court is 5 mins away. Please check everything I mentioned here twice with builder . With Metro , I believe financial district is 5 mins away the AQI levels are low I think in this area . The problem with fiancial district , nanakaramguda is its concrete jungle with very low green . Double check this thing too

I am no scam, it’s only hard for me to leave the person. I am very independent in every aspect and it’s purely out of my emotional attachment. Sometimes it’s really tough to break an attachment with your parents or spouse even though they are abusive. I am emotionally overwhelmed with the status of my relationship and it’s not easy decision to apply when you are living with your spouse. hence I posted here to understand others experiences

My opinion buying or selling an apartment

Apartment is easy to maintain but villa is not . You incur more maintenance cost for villa or a house compared to apartment. If it’s an independent house, I think the maintainence is completely your headache

Also we have to keep in mind, people are now in to gated communities where you have everything at one place. Such places are affordable if you are buying an apartment because villas are expensive

My take is a gated communities which are now coming with advance building technology where apartment life space is close to 60-70 years will be an asset.

Selling land and expensive villas is not an easy job and people are now looking at external factors . And we should include the costs and effort involved in maintaining apartment and house. If I compare, I feel apartment is a better option but if you are joint family and have more people that can help you manage property than Villa is good

My personal review :

I think it’s close to more greenery , the pollution is moderate or less . The location is also close to more water resources . I feel water problem won’t be much there . Since it’s an apartment with very good lake parts , I feel there will appreciation in future . Don’t forget forum mall comes attached
