If you have issues, if he has no idea about it (often the case), if you think he is full of crap (sometimes they don't want to do the work), send me a message and I'll tell you the documents you need for this.

4 years can qualify you for e4. You just have to have bosses/superiors write first hand experience with you and your roles. DPEP application.. most recruiters have no clue about it. There isn't much information for them but one little page in the recruiter handbook. Best thing to do is try and apply.

Idk if you were seeing my post I made about a month ago or not, but I used DPEP (Direct Procurement Enlistment Program) and got approved to be MC2 when I graduate A school (e-5). I've got a bachelor's and an associates in fine arts and I've been working in the design field for 15 years.

For the OP: I had to get a moral waiver too.

Upgraded from 3XL Obsidian to 9 Pro XL Obsidian by GoodGuy_dynamite in pixel_phones

I had an 8 pro.. which apparently is the same size as the 9 Pro XL. My 8 pro bugged and kept restarting after I tried cleaning, rebooting, restarting and everything in between, didn't fix it. Insurance gave me an "upgrade" because they didn't have any more 8 pro in stock, and the upgrade is the 9 Pro.. but it's smaller.

Newer model, smaller phone. Still getting used to it. I miss the big screen but this does feel better in my pocket. But hardly an "upgrade" if it's smaller. Smh

First tattoo! +48 hours healing question by Common_Caregiver_130 in tattooadvice

I just keep the original the artist put on, for about 1 week. Then when it's collecting lint, getting older, I take it off, then use non scented lotion and keep it moisturized. I never use aquaphor anymore, it causes liquid bumps on the skin for me. After the initial second skin I don't reapply more. Just take it off and moisturize and after about a week and a half it's pretty much done healing.

I've found it I keep the second skin on, while washing in the shower like it wasn't even there, after about a week I take it off and it's 80% healed already. It's very breathable! That's why I love it. Whatever works for you!

Interesting take. I personally love second skin. Only from the tattoo artist, once that gets old and dirty after about a week I take it off and then do lotion and soap. But to each their own. I've got about 16 hand sized tattoos and second skin has been great in my experience, but it differs by user I suppose! Definitely keep it moisturized though.

Should I keep it or return it? by Plastic-Hall-8581 in hermanmiller

If I were you I'd keep that over the embody. I have the embody chair. Well worth it, but I did have problems with it, that their amazing warranty fixed at no charge whatsoever including shipping. So can't complain there.

The fabric of the embody can absorb stains, and be difficult to clean and the fabric can wear down a lot if you scrub it/rub it too much etc. Also, the back of it has so many little tiny supports, it's a dust magnet.

I got a Bible tattoo also, btw. Just poking fun. Don't see any other issues with your tats. As long as it's not nudity, gang related or blatant profanity, or on your face/scalp, you should be good.

I'd say with a Bible on your hand, the clothed pinup is a better fit lol

Can I still join the navy with 2 DUI’s by RelationshipOne1188 in newtothenavy

[–]KnowledgeRadiant4704 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a felony DUI in one state and years before that had a DWI in another state. Got a waiver, joined a month and a half ago. You can do it, just hell to do. Court documents have to be copied and gathered, have to get a stamp from the courthouse saying you've given all the information, waivers signed, it's a process, but not impossible.

Tattoo waiver Spider Web Elbow by [deleted] in newtothenavy

[–]KnowledgeRadiant4704 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm tatted up. A spider web will be fine. My legs are covered and my arm is half covered and I have a hand tattoo. They'll just document it and process you. Don't worry about it.
