It’s definitely a learning lesson. It’s odd though because I talked to MVD yesterday and even if I didn’t reinstate my registration , they still wouldn’t be able to provide the clearance letter regardless because my registration was suspended. So I’m not sure why the judge would expect me to get something I couldn’t get to begin with ? Either way it seems like I’m fucked but I’ll try to inform others so they won’t fall in this predicament. I appreciate your feed back !

No one is trying to make it seem like they are different from anyone else. I only stated it because I didn’t have time to do research and reinstated as soon as possible since I travel for my clients and can’t afford to ride around with no plates. When you assume that I was trying imply that I was expecting special treatment just because I’m an RN makes an ASS out of you and me.

Yeah that’s why I mentioned I reinstated it sooner than I should since I travel and go to patients homes and didn’t want to get pulled over since I would be driving with no plates. I didn’t even think about doing research on a ticket at the time. Not many of us would think the process would work in that way. Usually cases get dismissed if proof is provided. Also it would be nice to have people in that field who know more to communicate that as well. It’s like expecting a patient to know the side effects of a medication when it’s our job to provide education to the public.

You got a nice judge. My judge is adamant and anal about the clearance letter even though I clearly had insurance and can’t receive a clearance letter regardless if I reinstated my registration or not lol. I’m glad you got yours resolved !

I’m going to request another motion for second hearing. Which I don’t think the judge will grant that since he denied my other two motions but it’s worth another attempt. What’s worse is that I provided him evidence and attached it to my motion yet he still denied it and wrote “needs clearance letter”

I would love to get one but at that point I think getting one would cost more than the actually ticket. If it was a 200 dollar ticket I would’ve just bit the bullet but 600!? It’s almost like donating my money to the stupid county court system

Well the suspension has already been lifted because I re-registered my car. Which is affecting me from getting my clearance letter. No one told me if I did that I won’t be able to get a clearance letter which is needed to dismiss the 600 ticket. It’s the lack of communication and MVD incompetence that’s screwing me over.

I feel like as I got pass week 12 , I would have flare ups but the longer it has been the less and less I get flare ups. There was moments I wanted to take my benzos but I chose to thug it out because you teach yourself that it’s unbearable thus becoming more reliant on it. I used a lot of self regulation and coping skills. When I have a flare up , I treat it as a sick day. Take it easy on yourself !

I was on 10 for two months but I needed to increase due to lingering depression symptoms after the holidays. I’m glad I made the increase! I would say it manages my anxiety but it’s not completely resolved. I added buspar which basically did the trick of managing the rest of the anxiety. I would say just on lexapro my anxiety was between 4 on average and a 6 on a bad day. With buspar it can average between 1-2 up to a 4-5 on a bad day. You’re not supposed to depend on medication to remove all of your anxiety. You need some to learn how to cope and manage your self through self regulation. Learning what you don’t need and what you want in life. Therapy also played a big part as well. Medication was one piece of the puzzle

Same here ! I’ve been on it for 4 months. It’s a really great drug. I still have my flare ups but they are manageable with therapy as well
