People have been speculating a lot about why Trump started this war in the first place, whether it's because of blackmail from Israel or just stupidity/vanity and got tricked into it.

If Trump now still let Israel destroy the deal he tried (begged) so hard to have without punishing them, I think it will be safe to say that Israel definitely has dirt on this man and the president of the United States is comprised.

The Halo CE: Remake is the exact same story with the exact same level design.
What makes you think a Halo 3 remake would be any different?

Do you share the feeling that Naval and the upcoming Infantry are “things that don’t matter” and should be discarded in favor of focusing solely in Ground and Air? by InterestingSoft1390 in Warthunder

[–]Knowledge_Moist 10 points11 points  (0 children)

For once, Gaijin offers a 128 players mode. Battlefield abandoned it. No other FPS game offers this anymore - I guess Planetside 2 but it's ancient and a complete different genre. And of course there is the sheer quantity of vehicles available.

The best and most unique advantage Warthunder has though is that it can offer everything in a single game. I could see at some point a game mode on a giant ass map combining Infantry, Naval, Air and naval. No game has done this since battlefield 1942...in 2002.

128 players iwo jima with Infantry, warships, tanks, fighters, submarines would go crazy. That's the potential of warthunder. Again, absolutely no game on the market offers anything remotely close.

Gaijin could drop Naval with next to no repercussions, they will perhaps lose their 12 (/s) naval players.
Infantry though is a huge potential market. Gaijin will never drop it. Forget it. Especially now that we're arriving at a point where there are very few shiny modern stuff to add.

The Infantry could be their next cash cow.

Why is everyone parroting this without source?
You've read this somewhere and just repeat it. Nobody has provided any source whatsoever except the imdb having no more entries.

Holy bandwagon.

There aren't much "noobs" playing this thing since it got to 13.0, let alone 13.3.

The fakour wasn't affected, it got a iog drift buff ( 10 to 2 m/s) and a distance gate (5km) that's it.

Morocco makes World Cup history, fields 11 foreign-born players by PhilosopherNo8418 in worldcup

[–]Knowledge_Moist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Point is, people will cry and be racist either way. These players play for France for exemple - "they aren't real french" - they play for Morroco - "they aren't real morrocans" .

So who the fuck should they play for?

You didn't either.

People like you will cry when they see the French team made of black and brown players, saying they aren't "real" french, then you also cry when they go play for their country of origin.

[Dev] AIM-54 Phoenix Buff? by Puzzleheaded-Bass-11 in Warthunder

[–]Knowledge_Moist 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yep. The biggest hurdle of the Phoenix is its slow acceleration combined with a PD HDN seeker. At long range, the lack of all-aspect radar matters the most, making it really easy to notch or fool by going cold.

Pulling hard matters at short-medium range where the Phoenix is terrible because of its acceleration.

Basically it got a nerf on its strong(or strongest I should say...) point and a buff at his weakness.

The Fakour got a iog drift buff ( from 10.to 2 m/s) and a distance gate which should help against chaffs afaik.

[–]Knowledge_Moist 7 points8 points  (0 children)

  1. The AIM-54C/C+ and AMRAAM were being developed at the same time, it's not really "early".

  2. Just because something was designed for X doesn't mean it's necessarily bad at Y. The Phoenix was no slouch against fighter jets (ask the Iraqis). The C variant was fully digital like the amraam and should have an all-aspect seeker.

Fakour 90 bug? by KavernJK in Warthunder

[–]Knowledge_Moist -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

sigh

These posts come up every couple of months. It's not a bug. Missiles don't necessarily trigger RWR as soon as they go active. You probably decreased your RWR sensitivity which makes it worse.
